Our Purpose

We exist to glorify God by equipping parents & students with the training they need to fully enjoy and obey Jesus Christ.

Youth Bible Drill

On Wednesday evenings from October through April at 5:00 pm, 7th, 8th, and 9th graders are welcome to join us in rooms 14 and 17 in the Education building for youth Bible Drill taught by Candi Lindsay.

Drillers spend time each week memorizing books of the Bible, key passages, and memory verses as well as the plan of salvation.

Our drillers compete each spring in Church Drill, District Drill, and State Drill. Contact Pastor Travis if you are interested.

Highschool Bible Drill

Drillers spend time each week memorizing books of the Bible, key passages, and memory verses as well as the plan of salvation.

Converge - Wednesday Night Gathering

Converge is our time to gather weekly as Students on Wednesday nights from 6:15 pm-8:15 pm to worship God through singing to God, hearing teaching from God's Word (Text-Driven), and growing together in community through involvement in Life Groups.

With the hope to demonstrate that Christianity speaks to all of reality, we desire to equip students with the resources they need to live a godly life in Christ Jesus and do so into adulthood. Not only giving them a fun environment to make that happen but one where they will be trained in the ways of Jesus Christ to make disciples and take the gospel to the ends of the earth.

Sunday Morning Discipleship

Every Sunday at 9 am we gather upstairs in the Student Building for

discipleship classes. Our Student Ministry Discipleship Classes seek to teach students the Word of God by going through books of the Bible. We are currently studying the Book of 2 Timothy & Titus.

At 10:15 am we gather with believers in Christ of all ages to worship Christ together, this is located in the sanctuary the central building on campus.

Student Choir and Ministry

Student Choir is on Sunday evenings at 5 pm. Each year the students work together to prepare to put on ministry events here at Woodlawn and in various parts of the United States. This is a joint ministry between the Worship Pastor and the Student & College Pastor, with the goal of seeing students grow as worshipers and worship leaders. Student Choir is a great opportunity for students to begin doing ministry. This is not only a lot of fun, but a pivotal life-shaping experience that we desire all students to be a part.
